I don't know how to put this, but, I'm kind of a big deal.

Joker, loosen up those other timings rather than just the CAS. That kit is rated for 2-3-2-6, but you have it set to 3-2-2-5. It might not be able to maintain a tighter tRCD as currently set. Try the following, again at stock speeds, and see if it passes Memtest:

TCL = 2
TRCD = 3
TRAS = 6
TRP = 2

In addition, I'd also try setting the timings back to AUTO rerunning Memtest.

I just reset the cmos and the timmings are back to what you listed. I'll go run memtest again now and hopefully we can start all over again with the OC.

Failed memtest at default settings. Failed at the same place in the test that it has been.

And this is with a new Memtest download?

Yes, I still have the old one I can try but they both faulted at the same spot.

No, I just wanted to verify that it was a new download so we can rule out a corrupt copy. Which test is it failing? There should be a test number listed at the top, between 1-9.

I believe it's #5 the 32 block test. I can go back and run again if you need me to confirm it.

HAHAHA, the infamous test 5!! Get's ya every time
That is very curious that you are getting errors at stock speeds. You could try lowering the LDT multiplier to 4x.

Yeah, here's a tidbit from Memtest86 regarding test 5:
Errors from this test are not used to calculate BadRAM patterns.

I'm running out of ideas, but one thing you can try is downloading Memtest86+. It's supposed to be an update to the original Memtest, or in their words:
Based on the well-known original memtest86 written by Chris Brady, memtest86+ is a port by some members of the x86-secret team. Our goal is to provide an up-to-date and completly reliable version of this software tool aimed at memory failures detection.
