It is on the advanced page in the bios.

"DDR VCORE [Auto]

Hey Joker, if you remember all of your OC'n settings, reset the Bios to the factory setting and try memtest again. I could be that you just got a faulty memtest when downloading it.

There should be a jumper on the motherboard somewhere around the cmos battery that will set the bios to factory default settings. You may have to read the manual or go online to there web site and download the manual in pdf format to find the cmos jumper.

I think memtest might be bad because it gave faults on another comp too.
DDR vcore is 2.8v is that the memory voltage?

Yea that would be the memory voltage. And yea, you might want to download memtest again and try it before you set the bios to factory default!

I don't know how to put this, but, I'm kind of a big deal.

You can try downloading another copy of Memtest86, but I have my doubts that it's the culprit, especially if you can reset your system to stock speeds and not have any errors.

In any event, if you're still getting errors after another download, what I would do is bump up the voltage to 2.85V and try again. Barring that, I'd drop the timings to 3-4-4-8, and if that passes, then you could begin tightening them to find the sweet spot.

I downloaded another memtest and still got errors. I found the cas latency to change it but what other ones do I change? I see a bunch of stuff below the cas but have no clue which ones to change. Right now I'm going to bump up the voltage and see what happens.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think the system is still overclocked? Do tell! As to the timings question and how they'll appear in that board's BIOS (and in this order):

CAS Latency (Tcl) = 3 CLK
RAS/CAS Delay (Trcd) = 3 CLK
Min Active RAS (Tras) = 8 CLK
Row Precharge Time (Trp) = 3 CLK

Those are the four main ones listed in every kit's specs, with the tRAS usually appearing last. As for the rest of the timings in your BIOS, leave them alone, assuming you haven't changed them anytime prior.
