Hmmm, that's troubling. What are your memory timings? Maybe try setting the "Fail Safe Defaults" in the BIOS and test that and see if that makes a difference.

I didn't see fail safe defaults in the bios so I loaded optimized defaults and it still gives a error right away.

What about any other programs or benchmarks (like CS:S, 3DMark, PCMark, Aquamark, etc)?

I've run 3d mark without any problems. I have 3dmark 03 pro so I can loop that one. I'll start a loop but should I just loop the cpu test only?

Sisoft Sandra's cpu test went ok as well as looping the cpu tests in 3dmark 03 for the last 40 minutes. Should I use these tests for checking the CPU's integrity then? I ran mem test before I started any of this and it came out good.

Prime95 might simply be giving your CPU a hard time for nothing, SP2004 should do the trick then.

Prime95 and SuperPI both wouldn't work SP2004 ran fine.

I'm baffled. I don't remember SuperPI erroring on any computer I ran it. :S
Try OCCT 0.91 and tell me if it fails. Should take around 30 minutes to test.

Thats not good...Does you ram need boosted voltages to run correctly?

It just failed 2004sp after 4 minutes. It also stopped in the 3dmark 2003 cpu test after about 30 min.

Let's start over....turn off your system, unplug the power...clear the CMOS. Go back into the BIOS and look over the settings.....optimized defaults, and even fail safe defaults can bork your system as they have no way of tking into account what components you are using

INTEL QX9650 // Gigabyte EP45 Extreme // 8GB PC2-8500 // BFG GTX260 MaxCore // DD Torture Rack // Seagate 750GB HDD // OCZ Vendetta // PC Power & Cooling 620W PSU
