All good advice, but especially this one. You are not a machine, NOTE EVERYTHING, EVERYTIME.
I like to take picture on my cam of each page of my BIOS, if I mess something or want to go back to my previous settings I just open it then zoom the picture and copy everything. :P

It failed prime95 3 hours into testing at the settings in my last CPUZ post. Not much of a overclock either.

Ouch! Thats a really bad winchester...

Go into the BIOS is raise the voltage of the CPU to 1.425v. The defualt is 1.400. The maximum safe on air coolign would probably be around 1.525v

I ran a test with increased voltage and it errored after 3 minutes. I put everything back to normal tested it and it errored after a minute of stress testing with prime 95, is this CPU screwed up or what?

Some of the Winchesters have actually been known to not play nice with Prime. You could try just using 32M calculations of SuperPI or something.

Ok I overclocked it again and I'm running SP2004 by Johnny Lee and so far it's passing all the tests so maybe it just doesn't like prime95.

SuperPI gets a error about a minute into it's test and the computer isn't overclocked.
