Not all memory can run with tighter timings.

Set timings back to stock (5-5-5-15) and tried out OCing RAM. CPU now stepped down to 370 x 9 = 3.329Ghz, but RAM now running at 444Mhz vs. 380 before. gonna run some benchies.
