If you're able to keep 2.93Ghz, think of it this way: Your CPU is worth 3 times the money you paid for it. ;D
X6800 = ~$960.00
E6600 = ~$320.00

I'm running mine 24/7 with 1.4V (Big Typhoon)...you can probably bump the VCore a bit. chipset voltage is fine. Also, what is your memory timing? You might be hitting a wall because your memory.......if you are overclocking with the memory set to DDR2-800...its probably the memory limiting you

no, not the latencies....what is the divider set to? Take a CPU-Z screenshot of the memory page, that'll tell us what the memory is running at.....My thought right now is that you have the memory pushed too far.

hmmm, its running in single channel....I think you have the memory in the wrong slots....you might also want to go with a lower divider

I think you need to slow take and take it one step at a time. Overclocks never seem to work out by just ramming up the FSB and letter it burn. You need to start at stock speeds/timings/voltages and get everything installed and set up and make sure that is good and stable. That way you have a sort of benchmark to go off of. Then, just change one or two things at a time in small 10mhz increments and test for stability with each change. Overclocking takes months sometimes to find the best combination of settings.

Take a deep breath, slow down, back off, and start from square one again, nice and easy :thup:
