o well
Actually, it's 1333 "Quad-pumped" so with that mobo, it's supposed to be only 333FSB, I believe.

Correct, meaning at stock speeds you can run the processor on a 1:1 CPU:RAM ratio with DDR2-667 memory. Anything slower than DDR2-667 RAM will be running slower than the FSB and not be a good situation.

I have ddr2-800 ram tho, so that would underclock my ram.

Hmm, you'd think that Intel would be cool enough to try and boost it an extra 4 mhz. I would love to have a 1337 MHz FSB

If you run your mem and CPU in a 3:2 ratio, you can get 888MHz, if your RAM can handle the OC.

Firstly, you have to have a motherboard that supports 1333MHz FSB. If you've got the rev. 3 GA-965P-DS3, then it should support the new FSB. Secondly, as YellowHello mentioned, it won't run your RAM slower than 800MHz unless you set the divider to 1:1. It should run a 6:5 divider, which effectively runs the RAM about 1.2 times faster than the FSB.
