What program are you using for monitoring temps?

Hmm, use CoreTemps. It will give temps from directly from the CPU core as opposed to the surface of the CPU.

You will see appox. 10C higher temps with CoreTemps then with NVMonitor. Thats OK.

Great program. Both cores are showing 27C idle. I will have to stress it later as Im downloading the Vanguard client right now.

Wait, how it is that with NVMonitor it's idling at 29C and with CoreTemps is idling at 27C?

I was thinking that to. You woould think that the internal temp of the core would be hotter than the surface. Let me run them together and see what we get.

Nvidia is showing 30C CPU temp and Core Temps is showing 27C for each corps.....one of 'em is lying....but which one? Bastards!
