Right so im up and running currently taking 1 min 38 per frame? (I am using the machine quite heavily at the same time and recently re flashed bios so have default clock speeds not the ones mentioned in the sig (for a short while)

My machine is not always running but I should complete a WU every 3 days I think!

I guessing that will help a bit.
