Actually, once you do the shortcut it's 2 clicks, that's it that's all. =)

Oh. Well ok. I know it takes idle processes, but I still think it'll slow down somehow. Since most games rapidly fluctuate their usage of CPU, i guess I think that FAH will be too slow in relieving the processes to the CPU

BUUUUTTTTTT I dont think it matters cuz I'm folding and thats what matters :)

There are tons of benchmarks out there proving that FAH doesn't do jack in terms of performance loss when gaming. Do a google search or try conducting some tests of your own.

I'll run the 3dmark05 CPU tests with both FAH's on and then off.

See what happens :)

OR, you could run them as services and make the shortcuts I told you to do! *shakes fist*

See? polobunny wins the thread. A moderator can lock this. :P
Really though, it doesn't affect gaming at all. I was myself doubting that but after many many experiences I saw it did nothing. 3DMark, PCMark, Sisoft Sandra, Need For Speed Most Wanted, you name it, there's no difference UNLESS you have big wu's enabled and you're missing RAM.
