theres your problem, update all the drivers on the system (video card, network card, sound card, chipset, etc) but also look at software security programs like Norton and ZoneAlarm, they can cause this as well. I had nothing but problems for awhile with that same error in ZoneAlarm and as soon as I switched to Comodo firewall, not only was I more secure but the errors and blue screens stopped.

I had a random reboot problem due to a slowly dying PSU.

and as previously mentioned OVERHEATING is also a likely possibility. If it still happens with all the dust blown out, check to make sure that the heatsink/fan is properly seated, maybe clean and put some new thermal paste on there. I know it may see like a no-brainer but if you have a heatsink with pushpins make sure they are all secured to the mobo properly... good luck.
