I had a similar issue with my system that was fixed about the same time I did a BIOS update and a motherboard drivers update... not sure which it was but I have not had this problem since. I would still suggest checking the USB connectors on the mobo   Thanks HL and Corsair! My opinions are my own and not representative of this site or its members.  |

| Re: Weird Happenings.... Turns out, it was my mouse. I plugged in my old optical and it works fine, but the old one keeps cutting off now. Time to upgrade the Logitech mx510 to something new. AMD Athlon 64 X2 6000+ MSI K9N SLI-F V.2 2 GB DDR2 G.SKILL 2 eVGA GeForce 7800 GT 256 MB 1 Western Digital 7200 500 GB 2 Seagate Barracuda 7200 (200GB each) Thermaltake Tsunami Windows XP SP3  |
