Try installing RivaTuner 2.09 (RivaTuner v2.09 download from Guru3D.com) to enable manual fan control. This way you should be able to make the fan spin faster, therefore dissipate heat quicker.
Look here to learn how to control the fan manually.

And what are your GPU temps under load?

This is looking a lot like a heat issue. Once you crash, it will crash all the time. If you let your computer cool, it won't crash... It might not be your GPU, maybe it's your power supply. The GPU takes a good amount of power compared to other components, so you might experience problem with your power supply when you put it under load.
You might want to install ATITool to put load on the GPU, while always keeping an eye on temperatures using RivaTuner, just to make sure. If the temps always stay in a decent range but your computer crash, then I guess either the GPU is faulty or the problem is elsewhere.
After that, it's getting hard to diagnose without another graphics card under the hand though. :/

No, RivaTuner does not monitor PSU temps and as far as I know, no program does. This is likely because there's no temp sensor you can tap into to watch temps. :P

thought so.

Temps are good then.

I did the finger touch on my psu and it felt warm to the touch. Of course i cant put my finger inside it to really see.

Maybe i will just bite the bullet and replace the ram, and if that fails replace the gpu, then if that fails replace the psu.

Then ill just haveto buy a case for a secondary computer to sell or w.e lol

It would be easier if you could diagnose whether or not it's the GPU first. You said memtest/ORTHOS passed the testing, but as you played WoW all of a sudden it shutdown and then it was very usntable.

this error relates specifically to drivers... reinstall all of your motherboard, chipset, LAN, sound, video and other drivers.

Thanks HL and Corsair!
