I don't think it's the RAM, because you ran MemTest several times with no errors. BIOS up-to-date?

BIOS is the latest (not using beta). Possibly the PSU? i'll try another videocard and see if it is.

How long can the computer be idle for before it reboots? And what about if your playing games? It is highly possible that the power supply just can't power the 8800 and restarts itself causing the computer to reboot. I think that is more likely than the ram being bad. If it passed memtest several times then it means its fine.

Do you have an older video card? Or a more beefy power supply? 500w should run an 8800GTS but who knows. I seen people recommend the Antec neo 500w for a 8800GTS though =/

I don't know how to put this, but, I'm kind of a big deal.

If there's no error message or STOP code (BSoD), then it starts to sound like a power issue. The NeoHE line has history of being problematic, though the majority of complaints were from those running Asus boards. But even still, it makes me weary seeing it listed as a component in a system suffering undiagnosed reboots.

Don't recall if you mentioned this earlier in the thread, but check for leaky or bulging caps, too.

One would think, but that's not necessarily the case. Memtest 86+ is great at detecting faulty modules, but it's entirely possible for a defective kit to pass undetected.

Right now I am playing with the different connections on the NeoHE. It's confusing because I don't know which rail is for which connector.

Try it out with a lower power GPU. (Or a higher power PSU.)

+12V1 = 4 and 8 pin EPS connectors (motherboard's supplementary power)
+12V2 = 24 pin and 2 sockets closest to cables
+12V3 = 3 sockets farthest from cables

Well. I put my 6600 GT in and nothing bad has happened for a while. I think tommorrow I'll use the remainder of my money and get that Silverstone Olympia I've been eyeing for a long time.

All caps look good on the mobo. Nice solid stuff.

I was almost certain that it was the PSU that was the problem but lo and behold, it decided to reboot.
