I don't know how to put this, but, I'm kind of a big deal.

Thanks!

I'm gonna go with the Tracers. They just look awesome in a windowed case!

Thermaltake Armor Jr.

I love this case! Unfortunately, no case is the friend of any OCZ GameXStream PSU, but I did a pretty damn job with the cabling considering. The case, especially for a mid tower, has a very nice working space. And the removable HDD rack comes in really handy, as you can use it in the 5.25" drive bays to give room for that intake fan, or a BTX setup.

Thats an awesome case.

BTW, when you gonna get that Photoshop guide up? No pressure, though.

Lol thanks.

I'm aiming for the mid-July range...it's a pretty comprehensive guide.

Another excellent choice, the Armor Jr. remains one of my favorite mid-tower cases.

This is very VERY odd.

I just exchanged my "defective" Mushkin DDR2-800 RAM set for the same set, and I have the exact same results in memtest86 v3.3. ALL errors. This seems VERY VERY unlikely - almost impossible. I haven't had ANY issues with ANYTHING yet, so I've decided I'm gonna stick with this RAM for now.

Could memtest86 v3.3 be off? Maybe this kit is too new or something? I'm not sure...

In all honesty, I think these Mushkin sets have compatibilities with the P5B Deluxe. This set shows up with the same errors, and I just got the same blue screen.

It seems like there is no other solution then to just switch kits. Boy, it's gonna be fun giving CanadaComputers hell for this one, too!

It looks like I'm just going to add some cash and go for a set of Crucial Ballistix. Tracer is useless for me now since it's the exact same as the non Tracer, and my case doesn't have a window.

So here's the question. Which of these three kits? Don't look at the price...although OCZ has a MASSIVE rebate, it doesn't matter to me - I'm in for best performance.

Corsair XMS2 > 5-5-5-12 ($30 MIR)
Crucial Ballistix > 4-4-4-12 (I think I'm in love...no rebate? Who cares...?)
OCZ Platinum Revision 2 XTC > 4-4-4-15 ($45 MIR)

LMAO. Thought so. I'm grabbing it today. EDIT: Oh no...I don't think they have any stock left for this...I may have to grab the OCZ Platinum Revision 2 XTC set. Not that it's bad in any way...but I'm still in love with the Crucial. I might travel a little farther just to get it!!!

The Mushkin DEFINITELY has some compatibility issues with the P5B Deluxe. I just got a weird blue screen. Swapped out for my old Corsair Value set and it works perfectly. I've seen tons of setups with a P5B Deluxe and Crucial Ballistix with no issues, so I'm not worried there.

So time to suck it up, add $30, and get some amazing RAM. I'll see you guys soon!

P.S. YH, your avatar has what looks to be alignment issues. Actually...maybe it's just cut off on the right side a bit...anyway.
