The most amazing thing is that they've given me the Bluetooth stuff and went with IR keyboard and mouse. Oh, and they got a new monitor (a SyncMaster 226BW) and a back-up power supply. I wonder since it hasn't crashed since we got it back, if it was the Bluetooth being incompatible with their system... *shrugs*

Yeah when a PSU starts going out, weird things happen. Windows crashes, BSODS, memtest errors, and games crash among other things.
