| Modder-ator | What revision 965P-DQ6 do you have, there is a rev 1.1, 2, and 3. It probably doesn't matter which version though as they probably all have the same driver, but better to be safe than sorry. The easiest way is actually to go to the product page for your motherboard and find a link for BIOS or downloads right from there. |

| I already have the drivers on a cd, what I was asking is where I can find the drivers on my comp. I did an un-installed with that cd and re-installed the whole realtek audio driver package. But still the same Intel Q6600 Corsaire 2x1gb XMS2 GIGABYTE 965P-DQ6 BFG GeForce 8800 GTS OC 320 OCZ EvoStream 720w XP PRO |

| Modder-ator | the "Realtek Sound Effect Manager" can be found in the Windows Control Panel. If you don't have this, then the drivers did not install properly. Another thing to do is double check your speaker connections and power. I don't mean to insult your intelligence, but it is easy to make simple mistakes sometimes and not realize it. Also, with the computer booted up into Windows, unplug a speaker jack from the back of the computer and connect it back in, does a Realtek manager thing pop up asking you what you just connected? |

| See that's the thing That little window used to pop up if i would plug or unplug a cable, now nothing. and from what I remember I could select what I want on each outputs, basically that window doesn't do anything anymore except for the test sound that's it. | I know startng from scratch would help, but I am sure there's an alternative to that. Intel Q6600 Corsaire 2x1gb XMS2 GIGABYTE 965P-DQ6 BFG GeForce 8800 GTS OC 320 OCZ EvoStream 720w XP PRO |
