well now that i think about it, i have been running one program the entire time, while these freezes have been occurring, im not going to name it because well, i dont think you all would approve. But the fault here is that it runs fine on other computers, so it cant be it. Maybe ill contact newegg aboot this

It doesn't seem like a hardware issue, in which case Newegg won't really be able to do much for you. I think it's just some oddity with a driver or something that is giving you fits. Is it still freezing randomly on you or does it seem to be possibly clearing up?

Have you tried reinstalling windows since you started having the freezing issues? If you haven't I would try that, then after you installed all your drivers install the unnamed program onto your computer and run it with out anything else installed. If your computer runs fine then it's not that program. Also keep in mind just because one piece of software works fine on some computers doesn't mean it works on all of them.

Once again I agree with Blake, I think you have some software installed that is making your computer puke.

Damn, well i guess the reinstall will have to wait till sunday, as i have a LAN tomorrow and I dont feel like spending 6 hours tonight backing up and reinstalling everything. Many thanks for the help though.

I would actually suggest doing a reinstall before the LAN. I definitely suggest uninstalling that unnamed program. See if that clears up your issues.
