| It is possible the battery may have gotten held up in customs, because of the fact that its lithium. Opteron 64 165--1.5GB DDR--ECS KA1 MVP(thanks HL!)--x1800GTO 256MB--Seagate 320GB SATA--Antec 550 Watt--Antec P180 |

Did you ship or did you take it to the USPS and have them ship or UPS store etc? Either way, there is a form or 2 that has to be filled out before the item is shipped. The customs form is 1 of them.Your items can hang in customs for as long as a month when shipping out of country.I have sold and shipped quite a few items out of country,as far as Switzerland.I think the longest was 4 weeks +like 3 days.Did you get a tracking # and how was it sent,Priority, snail mail etc?

| Lvl 1 College Student | There was no tracking number, because it would have cost an extra $15 to get one. I sent it via USPS parcel whatever-the-cheapest-one-is-called. >.> So I guess its okay if its held up in customs. Booo... I was REALLY hoping to get it for my flight to NY. O well, I guess I'll have to play Castlevania instead of do work on my project then. :D |

WOWZER..thats alot for a stupid little sticker with a set of #s on it.It cost a couple bux here.Yeah ...it will take time shipping to and from Canada, depending on what is in the box.....and believe me,they do open the boxes. You sent it parcel post ground, it will take a while with that as well.

| Modder-ator | When you send stuff back for RMA using USPS, I highly suggest you get the "delivery confirmation" for an extra 65 cents or so (not $15). The delivery confirmation isn't a tracking number, but you can check to see if a package has been delivered by the post office or not. This takes the blame off of you and places it in the hands of the USPS or the store (BattDepot in this case). Probably the best 65 cents you'll ever spend when sending products to manufacturers (or even other people). |

| Colonel Calamity | usually when sending items between HL people, I always try to get at least delivery confirmation to make sure the USPS did deliver it... ![]() Thanks HL and Corsair! My opinions are my own and not representative of this site or its members. |
