Ok, I updated my ULI chipset drivers. I tried to update game with v1.03 update but it said it was already updated. The game did same thing. Nothing! So I am getting fed up here. I really think it does not like something on my main rig. So I install it on my internet server which is a Pent 4 1 ghz with 384 mb ram running Win 2000 Pro sp4. I change out the ATI rage pro 8mb (old AGP bus) with my old PCI Geforce MX200 32mb with the newest Geforce optimized drivers and the game ran perfectly. A little slow but I did get to play it. Nice game. I have an app that allows me to auto shut down all services and background apps while I play the game and then it auto restarts everything I set it to shut down in the first place after the game has exited. It might give me more juice for this game on such an old/slow system. Thanks for everybody's help on this matter. I guess the old game looks at my main rig and says "Holy cow, That processor/video card will have me screaming! NO WAY!"
