then that begs the question... what is it really.. the MPs were always 1200, 1400, 1600, 1800 (by 200s) yet he stated 1700... which the XP 1700+ is 11x133
the closest MP would be 1600+ at 10.5x133 (1400MHz) or 1800+ at 11.5x133 (1533MHz)..

so is CPUz reading the strange speed readings as an MP or is it really an MP that is just under clocked???

I don't believe the CPU id changed with the clock, so I'm more leaning toward a Athlon MP clocked wrong than an Athlon XP clocked wrong.
