So its the PSU------MOBO connection then?

Would you guys advise I use my multimeter on my cords?
Or since theres so many would that be way long? OR could I just check a couple of em...

Either way, I'll unplug/plug in new one after Memtest if it shows nothing.

Don't assume the power supply, I was just giving you some possibilities!!!

Pull every thing, except one stick of ram, single video card, CPU and heat sink, and your drive with windows on it. Boot up and check and see if it does the same thing!

Another possibility is the hard drive, they can give you some very strange BSOD's as well, but if you are having the exact same one every time, google the message that it gives you, ie the string of numbers or the phrase.

I could very well be a bad RAM stick!

luckily there have been no actual BSODs, so it isnt a virus/window$ crapping out. There is a chance I will feel like testing it this weekend. But I have a lot of studying to do for my english final.

OK, status report:

Tested everything in mein komp,
@ stock speeds:
-both groups of ram checked out ok in Memtest86+ (hdd unplugged)
-booted and rebooted fine with each stick
-same results with a second PSU
@ OC'd speeds:
-both sets of ram failed to re-boot
--Entered BIOS, changed it, saved it, shut down, reboot, shut down, and re-boot again, but it didnt load anything
-same results with a second PSU

So now I'm really scared that it could be my processor or motherboard.

...How could I test that?

Also note: my clock got reset.

Yea, so I did some more searching (looking for newegg's Motherboard return policy TBH) and read this:

And what do you know, it works fine AND my Ram got reset to 4-4-4-12 somehow. :)

Hell of a deal!!!

Some one on Newegg knows what they are doing

Very cool though, that is something to copy to notepad and save for future reference or to paste here if someone ever asks about oc'n that board!!!
