UPDATE: It freezes when there is heavy disk usage, I have 2 HDs, and it doesnt matter, when there is heavy usage for more then about 1 minute it just hardlocks

What exact PSU do you have? Model & Brand....

I got a free rig, mobo(Shuttle) and chip(Athlon 1.2), because the guy wouldn't try a good PSU on the rig..
Its been running for over a year now with no problems..

He tried ram, OS installs, and hdds... Not to mention reseating everything...
