Good to hear the problem is solved. Crazy how computer hardware just refuses to work for no reason sometimes!

OK, its official, it was the RAM, good call Polo. I had tested it, and it tested fine. Once I swapped it out the problem went away. Well I am RMAing the RAM through Newegg.

Thanks Guys.

I've been the easy route. I try to blame the ram as often as one can lol, with all the problems that can happen with faulty memory. :P

Good to know it's fixed. :)

Hey hitman, you didn't get ECC registered ram by mistake?

Uh no, I have had this RAM since Jan, it has been working fine for the past 6 months. I have the CORSAIR XMS 2GB (2 x 1GB) DDR 400 (PC 3200). Newegg is going to RMA it for me, good thing cause that kit cost me almost $200.
