OK, I got 801 back up, and I got it OCed to 3.15GHz! I'm still testing for stability... But this is very good news!

Sucks when mobo manufacturers do that, huh?

I used to run my old AthlonXP/A7N8X Deluxe on a 3rd party BIOS.

I didn't even know they had 3rd party BIOS's... Well, I just learned something!

It was just a stock BIOS edited by others in the scene for fixes ... I got a lot better overclock out of it.

I had Orthos running when it was at 3.15GHz, but it errored out almost immidiately, so I backed it down to 3.0GHz at 1.375v and it's rock solid!

Thanks to everybody that contributed to this thread!
