thats the same problem that I had with my boss's dell comp. Fresh install. Lucky for me, dell neglected to install ANY driver with it :)

I had to download 10+ drivers.
Front USB support
ETHERNET support
Video drivers
anything else that needed a driver, it wasn't there.

It has a 1.6GHz Pentium M CPU. ATI Radeon Xpress 7500 graphics. 1GB of RAM.
