ok i rote down the bso thing
i hope it helps
i really dont know wat it means

"chek for adequet disk space

Well here is the info strait from Microsoft!!! According to them, you may have a bad RAM in the system.

The best advice then would be to make a memtest86+ bootdisc (www.memtest.org, you can burn this with your favorite ISO burning program) and boot your computer with it.
It will scan your memory for errors, normally it doesn't take very long until an error is found (as soon as an error is found you'll see some red lines display at the bottom of the screen saying where the errors are located, if there's any) but sometimes I can also take a few hours, see 24 hours.
If there's any error the best thing to do would be to send your memory on warranty at Kingston.
