What was the last thing you did to it?
nothing really, i just installed my 3800+ and it worked perfectly, no ocing.

It just randomly died?

Try this, take the mobo out of the case and rest it on a table, with nothing in it, not even a CPU or ram. If it powers on, one part at a time, put them back in and see if it still powers on
