It is not spinning :-/ Edit: do i need to replace that now?/ how would that be replaced? Also, is their any way to just live with it? haha, like if my mobo is not overheating without it? How do i check my Mobo temperature using Everest Home Edition? Last edited by gvblake22; April 16th, 2008 at 09:05. Reason: consecutive posts merged | |

| Modder-ator | Ironically, one of the easiest ways to check chipset temperatures is with your finger. With the computer running and the side panel off, just very gently touch the side of the heatsink. If it is just warm, then you're fine. If it feels like your finger is going to melt away within seconds, then it's too hot! Everest should show temperatures in the task bar area when you start the program up (next to the clock in the lower right of the screen). |
