Yeah, if you've tried that many motherboards and nothing works, then it sounds like the PS/2 ports on your mobo have gone AWOL. Maybe try another motherboard with the same keyboard(s) and HDD(s) and see what happens?

Does your keyboard have a F-Lock? When F-Lock is on the F-x keys don't work/

Thanks for the help guy's but nothing has worked. I just removed the mobo. This was the system in my sig  I put a 633mhz celeron and mobo I had here in it for now. From what I could find about the mobo at Intel's site I'm pretty much screwed, well this means that I'll have to make a switch to a computer that has PCI-E in the near future I hope.

This cely is slow and I'm not getting on the internet with it yet. Might be a bad NIC card but I have another one I can slap in after I get the thing all set-up. This was the first mobo I had to install without a manual and it took longer but I got all the wires right. Kind of funny running a 9800XT on a 633 cely I doubt that I will be able to play many games since it only has 256mb of ram and a slow proc but it's better than nothing.

Thanks again.

So all of those keyboards and stuff work fine on this celeron motherboard? Leads me to believe your other board is not right. Is it still under warranty perhaps?

It's a 478 board that uses RDRAM PC800 533 fsb. No warranty, this machine is 4 years old now and that was a replacement board I got off e-bay about a year ago.

I had a hell of a time getting this 633 cely to play nice as it didn't like my antivirus software it didn't like service pack2 and it doesn't like the radeon drivers I had, kept rebooting with those. So now it's running a firewall no AV no SP2 and no video drivers but I'm about to download the latest ATI drivers and see if they will work. Keep your fingers crossed for me guys.
