| BAM-BAM | I do the same as 0ne4, but I have another step that i use. I use a coffee filter to make sure that all of the old thermal paste is off the sink and the cpu. -1 |

| Modder-ator | Yeah, the coffee filters work great because they are lint-free and should leave anything behind to get stuck in the hardware. I also try and use at least 90% Isopropyl Alcohol when cleaning (99% is ideal) because it just evaporates much faster and you don't have to worry about drying the surface of the chip. |
