I'm using the ASUS P5E3 Deluxe, and am not experiencing the issue....but ASUS has sent us 3 different BIOS' to use.....

Ok good news,
I flashed back one bios revision and the EIST issue seems to be gone,
I am having som other odd issues.
I cannot get an ATi HD2900 to work properly with 3DMark06
