I've got a s939 stock heatsink/fan (with clips) that should probably fit a s754 mechanism. PM me if you're interested...

I think Blake will be your answer. I emptied my box o' stuff and couldn't find the heatsink. I can't figure out where the heck I've seen this thing, but I know I saw it not long ago when I installed my new fans in my case. >__<
