Oh dang! I had a bad feeling something wouldn't work, but I thought it was going to be that old @$$ video card I sent you!

Sorry to hear of the crippled CPU, hope you get it straightened out soon...

Might want to try PM'ing Stinger, he has an 1800+ listed available in the Parts List Sticky.

At first I thought it might be, but I slapped your Video Card in my server and it showed video right away.

Ok, everyone seems to be real low on socket A chips!!! The 2000 that Onebxr had is gone, and the 1800 that I just got seems to be a dead horse!!!

Does anyone have one laying around at all????

Come on everyone, dig, dig, dig into the old closets and see if we can come up with something for Hitman to get this system complete!!!

GAH! i wish i would have sent my 1.3ghz duron to my dads house instead of packing it away >.< thats not cool the cpu i found on ebay is toast! ill see what i can dig up...

DAMN i just tested my 1800...no luck:(

im looking for a match for my P4 S478 CPU to try and test it, but im not sure what will happen with that.

that i can donate, do you guyz want it? maybe you can test it, im not sure, but as of now i dont have a board for it just yet. if i can find one, and if i can confirm the working status, i can donate both (and new DDR RAM if needed).

I think I can help!! I think it's an 1800 I'll have to check. I know it was working when my sons other board died. It was benched by buddy and was working fine on another board. Oops, it's a ax1700mtc3. Will tthat work?

I found a couple of my old processors during the clean up phase. I'll see what I can come up with in the next day Joe. I'm pretty sure I have a Socket A 2500 or 3200 around here some where.

Quake, if you have a 2500 or 3200 that would be great. Just let me know.

BB, if Quake can't find his, then I will let you know. A 1700 will work. Hell any Socket A will work at this point. I would even take an old 1ghz tbird.
