Default Re: What does ALL this RAM stuff mean?

the main large images of them all are correct, its only in the timeline that it is not.....
the RDRAM is correct with the 2 notches
and if you need any pictures of EDO and FastPage, let me know I have a box full of 20-30 sticks that probably doesn't even add up to 256MB worth

Thanks HL and Corsair!

LOL!

Yea the only problem is the one black stick of RAM overlapping under "RD-RAM". I'll fix that tonight.

Thanks guys.

P.S. I'll let you know for those pics! We're talking ancient MoFo!

The timeline picture, look at the three images you have for DDR-RAM. The first one on top is a stick of OCZ Gold edition RAM. Then underneath that you have two sticks of RAM crossed. The one underneath appears to be DDR (the IC's are long and rectangular). But the one on top of the crossed pair appears to be DDR2 as the IC's are much smaller and more square. Do you see it or am I just nucking futs?
