I don't like having more processes running in the background for themes, I have enough running already. Only thing I hate about msstyles is their rarity. Hard to find good ones, so often I end up doing my own.

Here's my theme at the moment.

Dude, I dig it. Any way you could hook me up with that theme, or something similarly simple and elegant?

*Raises hand*

Hacked UXTHEME.DLL FTW...

I used Stardock Desktop for a while, but since those were the days where I shut my computer off at night, it was annoying to wait forever for it to come back on... I had a PATA drive on my old rig (not the sig tower) so it was kind of slow. And while I have 2GB RAM, that doesn't mean I'm generous with it!

Yeah, I don't bother with those apps that take up resources in to make windows look pretty. I used the uxtheme Multi-Patcher and the black CoolXP Theme (it comes with mouse cursors too).

I can't really remember where I posted a thread about this Vista Transformation Pack, but that is a good one to bring back up Capper

P.S. I think I posted it somewhere in the software section, but it has been a month or so ago, so it is way down the list and most likely locked by now.

I uninstalled this program a few days ago. Was crashing way too often for my tastes. JAFHU.
