No, thats not what anyone is saying at all. I think a lot of people are giving you input to make your guide better and more complete. I personally think its a good guide covering a very good and important topic.

I would seriosuly disagree here. A lot of us old geeks sometimes forget that we spend our time talking way over the heads of many newer users. Your guide has a solid breakdown that anyone can use.

Also case selection is one of the most overlooked items in building a PC. people go solely on looks and seldom take into account all the factors so more guides on it are desperately needed.

You did a nice post, do not get discourgaed when it generates discussion, that means people are interested and hence means it was well done.

I'm sorry guys, guess I got a little overwhelmed. I always think anything I do is worse than everybody elses (low self-esteem). I thanks you for making me feel much better, guys.

Agreed! Capper has mentioned time and time again, we don't need people to write about some ground-breaking discovery they made to make transistors switch 75% faster or something. Just good, solid, basic guides to help the everyday beginner get headed in the right direction when it comes to configuring and building a computer. I think this guide accomplishes that by pointing out some of the major do's and don'ts of computer cases as well as the idea behind the different sizes and styles. The time and effort people put into the user guides and reviews is always enjoyed and welcome!

Nice article yellowhello. I think you should include a little second on airflow though because some people don't understand that airflow is important in a case. They just got for cool looking premodded cases. I also think that power supply placement is an important thing to go over in more detail.

Good try at a joke I just got a reply from them but they didn't answer my question :( Poop! Time to ask again. Would TTPete be able to answer a question about the TT Shop?

Added a little something about CFM and dB. Look above the pic of the Antec 900.

After doing a mock checkout on a case, it looks like the payment page lets you choose only credit cards from American Express, Master Card, or Visa.
