True, but the only way I can really see it cooling any better than it is now would be if the bios made the fan spin faster... all that would do is make more noise.

I did run the fan at 100% for a while, just to see how low the temps would get, and it bottomed out at 32c, which is really nice, but it was also fairly loud (nowhere near as loud as the stock cooler, but defiantly noisy).

So I don't think I'm gonna mess with any bios changes... but I problably going to try ocing it again. Probably still won't be able to get much out of the ram, but I bet I can get the core pretty high up there now.

I'm also downloading the rthdribl as I type, we'll see how that goes here soon.

I updated my thread in the overclocking forum that I have about my compy, you can kinda see it there. It is a bit blurry though. I'll be getting some better pics later today.

And running that rthdribl program, AND with the gpu overclocked to 720mhz, instead of 625, I'm still maxing out at 42c.

I'm gonna have to see how much I can push this card now, lol.

man, that's awesome. with those temps you should have plenty of headroom to push that card.

Well, i've still got the gpu at 720 mhz, but I upped the ram to 950mhz, and it was stable for a 20minute run of rthdribl. Upped the ram to 975 now... hopefully it's still stable.

975 wasn't crashing anything, time to try 1ghz for the ram, lol.
