If your referring to the PC in your sig you will be more then fine. I had it running at 40FPS on the lower settings with a PC that just met the min specs (6600GT, AMD 2800+). It still looks great too ^^

EDIT: TY for the diggs guys!

All of them are in game screens I took with the settings cranked. It's sort of amazing to look at them since their are details I didn't even notice while the game is running. On my next play through I'm just going to explore the maps a lot more and check out the finer details.

Best game ever. Bought it and I've been playing it alot for the last couple weeks, hence why you never see me here. Multiplayer action is very good but sniper rifles have big problems right now (Hit Reg). The new patch is suppose to fix this.

My online name is [BR]NGPlease. If you see me let me know!

the newest patch (1.2) and i don't get along so hot.
when it updated in steam from 1.1 to 1.2 i had problems connecting to punk-buster enabled servers. I can still connect to non-punk buster servers, so i'm hoping 1.3 will take care of it...
anyone know of release dates for it?

looks like a retooled CS:S from the screenshots... but I may have to look into this game after the holidays

I reckon it'll be out in a few more days.

I added COD4 to my Steam Game List to see if I could replicate the problem but it isn't auto updating. I would go to PunkBuster Online Countermeasures and download and install the latest client side COD4 PB patch and see if that fixes your issue (the newest one is only a day old).

great review
not at all, it's a lot more dynamic.
honestly, it's nothing like CS:S at all.
while it can still be played run & gun like CS:S, it feels nothing like it, the shooting, melee, bonuses, class based play, the only similar thing is that there are guns and people and it's a game...:aetsch:

btw XoRn thanks for that link, turns out because i have a 360 controller plugged into my PC for racing games, the interface that pops up when you hit the center button is considered a "directX overlay hack"
interesting...
