|  Re: The Official HL Raffle/Donation Thread USAA is a pain man. I had them also for my auto and dropped them becuase of my insurance kept going up. You must be military becuase of the insurance I'm in Valdosta GA we got hit pretty hard but no damages. We pray for you and hope that you have luck with getting back on your feet. I donated and hope it goes to good use. |

No insurance is going to be easy to deal with after such a huge disaster. With Enterprise being so close to Ft Rucker I am sure USAA has several customers that got hit. They are probably just swamped right now, along with every other insurance company. I know your in a hurry to start getting things back to normal, but be patient. I know it's hard but it will pay off in the long run.    | |
