If there are no audio tracks on your boot drive, then you should not be worried about losing your data since it is on a completely separate drive. You would just have to reinstall the OS, programs and download updates/drivers.

I'm back Again, Gentlemen:
I thought I would post an update to my profile and maybe add it to my signature.. But I don't know how it do that on this Board Build.. I'll figure it out eventually..

Anyway, I'll post a link, to my Page.. if that's O.K. with you.. It just means that I'm attempting to make myself "REAL" that's all.. I hope it'll give you some idea what I attempt to do here, with the set-up I have..

However, back in the spring of 2005, my page got Hi-Jacked and my domain name was Removed/Parked that pointed to the page I had, back then.. Recently, I found a work-around that points to my storage space.. The Page is so out-dated that it hurts me.. But, someday I'll bring it up to date and I'll try to keep it as "Current" as I can..

Here's the link for any of you that may be interested in what I do here..

WOXNERW.NET - Bill Oxner's "Audio & Recording"

Just disregard it if you hear something that is not in your interests..

I specialize in producing "Bed Tracks" here.. I take on projects and send the tracks to just about anywhere in the world.. But being on a dial-up and modem is hurting my ability to compete with the Hi-Speed guys..

I don't post everything I do here.. as, that might infringe on copyright..

Bill..

Dial-up is where your computer uses a modem to call an ISP and establish a connection to the web over a phoneline. You cannot do voice calls at the same time as dial-up.

Welcome back Bill to HL!

For some reason, I detected sarcasm in RAID's comment.
