now the real question... once you get the fans and all the hardware in there with the vibration of the fans and drives and such... see if there are any weaknesses.

Thanks HL and Corsair!

Ok, lol, now what I wanna see, is you swinging it around in circles, all the way around in a 360. Because I don't think there really that strong.

Holy crap man, you did it! Looks GREAT man!
Seriously great job Jake, that is a very unique project and it looks like it can definitely stand up to any abuse you can throw at a computer case. Awesome job! I'd like to see some pics with everything installed too...

I'm getting there!!
Geez for a person like yourself and your year-long projects you're quite rambunctious!

All the hardware i ordered before is in, and I spent the day at my dad's work mooching supplies, wiring up buttons and switches and leads.

I'll have pics up of the hardware, and what I've done either late tonight, or tomorrow.

I'm off to a Boston Cannons lacrosse game tonight

ALSO:
I told my folks i'd just move my hardware into my new case, but they said that they would like to buy my old computer, (monitor, speakers, case, everything) off me to help fund new hardware, so i'm pumped! **I GET TO OVERCLOCK AGAIN!!**

I'm thinking an 8400 wolfdale, a mid-range x48 gigabyte board, an evga 9800gtx+ (when it comes out), either the OCZ modXstream or the corsair 620w modular, 2 x 2GB (4GB) of crucial or OCZ DDR2 1066 or something similar and I've got a zerotherm Zen cooler coming i hope as well. The only thing i'm not sure about yet is the harddrive. I have been considering something like a 500gb caviar or the like. I've got a 250gb caviar, and a 100gb maxtor diamondmax in my rig right now, and it's plenty of space, but i wouldn't mind putting the the 500gb caviar, and reusing my 250gb caviar, and give the 100gb diamondmax to my folks...

C&C please

Well, it's not much of an update considering summer has nearly come and passed, but here's what i have
Power button, (LED lights up purple when on)
and HDD light, (lights up green for HDD activity)

Both of them have resistors in the wire so they don't burn out.
