Slow down Blake. Let it cure for atleast 24 hours. Run a stop watch if you have too.

You might also be applying it too thick.

That happened to me twice. Its a REAL pain in the a**.

Probably too thick of a coat. Ty is right let it cure between coats too. Make the first coat a light one and let it dry completely, if it's plastic then the coats should all be light ones to prevent running and cracking.
