Whereas I have to make a hole in floors, walls and who knows what with wires running at the bottom of walls to get cable TV and ethernet everywhere.

That's why my sis is on wireless. Good thing she doesn't need a super ping or something. :P

I ran it all through my attic, and down the walls. It was painful and took 4 days but it was worth it.

looks great! I wish I could do something liek that at my place but there is no insulation around my garage area so it is 120ºF+ in the summer and 35ºF in the winter... I couldn't leave a computer or any hardware such as a router out there during the summer (about 9 months out of the year), they would get toasted within a week...

Thanks HL and Corsair!

Why, do you really spend that much time in the bathroom? Maybe you should see a Doctor.

Oh it gets hot in my garage, it's insulated, but not temperature controlled. I took the side panel off my server and have a window fan that blows on it 24/7. It doesn't get any hotter then it did in my computer room. The problem I was having was it made my computer room 10 degrees hotter, making my AC unit kick on all the time and it was costing too much. The garage is already hot, so it doesn't really matter. I have had it in the garage for about 3 weeks now, and haven't had any overheating issues.
