Add some cards, stir well...

And my USB headers plug right in. :)

I think I'll move the floppy to the lower slot, because the case will probably be down low and it'll be hard to see the card slots. But I'll do that when I pick up the hard drive later this week (hopefully).

Nice. looks like you got alot done today.

The case looks fantastic.

If you are going to remove the two exhuast 60mm fans, do you intend to substitute it for any other cooling?

No, just the power supply fan I hope. This should also cut down on the amount of dust being drawn into the case (my parents house is nearly 150yrs old).

The Celeron-1200 makes less than 30W of heat running full out, and hopefully by undervolting I'll be able to get that down to 25W.

Laptop drives don't make much heat either.

We'll see how it goes, anyways.

If you can, i'd try and modify the back and see if one 80mm fits. Even one quiet 80mm will keep your system nice and cool.

Try the system out first, if your temps are good then your fine.

Are you going to be using the stock HS? If you have some left over money or some heatsinks lying around you could try and make a passive heatsink. I did it with a very old duron and it worked.

I won't put it on 'til the new slocket and processor get here 'tho.

I'm not too woried about heat in the case. The sides of the case are full of holes too.

Ok, some more loot :)

Got my NEC ND-3550A DVD+/-RW, my 40GB HDD, and an MS optical mouse.

The NEC 3550A and mouse aren't that exciting. There are plenty of reviews around the web so I won't go into any detail.

The laptop drive is small. I'd totally forgotten how small these things are:

You can see the 44pin inteface that the laptop drives have. Unfortunately I won't be able to get my 44pin <-> 40 pin PATA adapter 'til the weekend.
