I received the bay res today (thanks again Mat). Now just waiting on the rad and fans. The P-PC order should be here tuesday next week, but I'm not sure about the MM order.

The tubing in the pics is the 1/2in. variety, but the final will be 7/16in.

Shouldn't you have clamps of some kind around the tubing on the barbs?

I was just doing a mock up. When the final tubing goes on I'm going to put zipties on the barbs to secure to tubing.

Just zip-ties are acceptable? I thought it was prettymuch a metal hoseclamp or nothing...

That would be the case if I were going to be using 1/2in. tubing on 1/2in. barbs, since the tubing comes off the barbs relatively easy. But I'm going to be using 7/16in. tubing in 1/2in. barbs (1/16in. smaller) so the tubing is extremely hard to get on and off the barbs. In this case it is acceptable, and looks cleaner too.

That's exactly what I'm going to be doing
1/2" tubing is really hard to work with...

It looks really good Nate!
Can't wait for more!

Nate, I'd suggest doing the loop this way instead:

But that's just my preference, you can do it the way you want

No problem Blake.

Parker, I may do it like this: Pump>Rad>CPU>Res>Pump again. You can't have the res right in the middle of you loop like you have it, it greatly slows down the flow. The flow through the rad will be REALLY bad the way you have it. It has to be Res>Pump no matter what.
