Dude, there loooks like a million places you could put the res in that case! What about right next to the pump in front of that fan hole (as seen in the picture I posted before)?

You could run a short tube with a fillport at the end and mount it in the open space on the front of that clear mobo tray (by where the opening for cables to go through is). Or better yet, you could probably just put the res right there.

Only problem is the top of the Mirco-Res isn't a G1/4 thread. If I had gotten it at Petra's, they tap the top to G1/4 when you buy is, but I got mine at Xoxide and sadly they don't offer that service.

So any way I turn I'm screwed.

What does that have to do with anything? Sorry, I'm kindof a watercooling dummy...

Well, to run a length of tubing from the res up, you need a barb to attach the tubing too. Most barbs use the G1/4 thread. The top of my res (not the inlet/outlet barbs, but the top where to fill it) doesn't use the G1/4 thread, so I can't attach a barb there.

Well what does it use? It's made by Swiftech, so I'm sure it's some other kind of common thread type and you can get some sort of "adapter" barb to put after it (not sure of the official term). Or just buy a barb that fits and foot of whatever size tubing you need for it...

I've done some research and apparently it uses the "PG-7" thread. I went to Hone Depot and Ace Hardware and asked about PG-7 adapters for plumbing and even went as far as to make a fool of myself be trying to explain was PC water cooling is. They just looked at me like I was crazy, and no, they had never heard of PG-7 either. So I'm kind of stuck.
