The Smoke and Green colors really make the case look great. I like the way you mixed them in making the case. Very well done.

Seriously dude, it's is A LOT of work. You better know what you are getting yourself into should you decide to make a case from scratch. It is way easier and way cheaper in the end to just buy an average case and mod it (even if you only use the frame) than to try and "re-invent the wheel" so to speak...

Anyway, here are a couple more random shots...

The motherboard (Gigabyte GA-M61PM-S2) with upgraded chipset cooling (a Zalman ZM-NB47J), AMD Athlon 64 X2 3600 Brisbane, 2x512MB Team Group Team Extreem DDR2-800 CAS 4 (good ol' Micron D9GMH chips), Zalman CNPS-9500AM2; all mounted to the mobo tray:

The Lower half of the case with 500W Enermax Liberty PSU, two PATA optical drives (one DVD burner, one DVD-ROM), and two Hard Drives (but only one Seagate Barracuda 250GB 7200.8 is being used right now).

And a slightly less blurry lit up shot...

(don't mind the top panel that isn't shut all the way. I was messing with the power switch trying to get it to work...)

And as you can see from that last picture, this thing is seriously a dust magnet! It looks terrible after only one day of sitting on the desk.....

You are almost tempting this 5-minute-mod-man into finally doing the detailed case design project that I have imagining for a couple years now....

Details to come later if I actually decide to take on the project. The main reason I don't want to start it is because I do not think I have the patience that some people like Blake have. I do not know if I can go months on a single project like this...

BUT YOU SURE MAKE IT TEMPTING AFTER HAVING SUCH A STELLAR FINAL PRODUCT!

All I can do is look at it in awe Blake. I knew it was gonna be insane, but seeing it without all the plastic is just nuts. You put alot of pros to shame with this one. Amazing work.
