Thanks for the great comments guys!
I have come to the unfortunate realization that this project will absolutely not be finished before I move to Arizona (since I'm leaving in two days). So I will be packing this whole thing up and taking it with me to finish over there. Most all of what is left involves sanding and finishing parts, I don't really have to actually create/cut anything new. So once all the sanding and finishing is done, then I'll get it painted out there. So the end is physically near, but won't come for a while until I get moved and settled.
