| Re: Project Jaded I last left you all with the start of the top blades. I finished the 3 long ones to go on the ends and down the middle.   Next would the 2 shorter ones to leave room for 2 bulgin switches.   With those out of the way I next started on the LCD bezel. A one piece 1/4 smoked acrylic to accent the edge of the LCD.   Not wanting the inside edge to be just squared off, I went ahead and beveled the edge.   The door blades will give you an idea what the rest will be looking like. I will have the 2 on the edge with partials in between to flow with the rest of the blades.   Last edited by Lokie; June 3rd, 2008 at 19:08. |

| Re: Project Jaded Filled the top of the front with a piece of 1/4 acylic as well as the bottom but added a inbweetween clear layer for lighting effect.    The side pillars are roughed in as well....  Done list: Front fabrication is done. Top is done... Left side panel is done.... To do: Finish LCD bezel fab... Inside cover... Base...(Sometimes I really regret my ideas) Paint... Assemble....then done. |
